By listening compassionately and attentively, I’m able to assist you in extracting underlying and subconscious themes that you may be grappling with. I am not an astrologer who sits down to tell you who you are and why you are the way you are— I am curious about how you are going to challenge yourself to grow and to navigate your life with skillfulness, clarity and self-compassion.

My ultimate purpose is helping you to see that you are designed perfectly for your soul’s journey. That the obstacles and challenges in our lives are tests of our mettle and catalysts for our development. There is only one you in all the universe — that is worthy of awestruck celebration!

Astrology is trending — that is fact. I am not new to the game of astrology: this has been a language I’ve spoken since childhood. This is the lens from which I’ve viewed the world for most of my life — I won’t bore or confuse you with technical terms — I am here to interpret the energy of the symbols based on our interactions and intuition. The mirror of astrology is a magnificent guide when we are experiencing specific blockages or circumstances beyond our understanding.

I back my evolutionary/esoteric and inspired astrological blend with years of training in metaphysical concepts, astral and after-life awareness, Buddhist perspective, recovery work, perceptual work and so much more.

I’m not a mind reader, nor an entertainer (albeit, I’m known to be entertaining!) and my purpose is not to change or redirect your course but to help you clarify what is most sacred, valuable and important on your path.

I have met few practitioners who have had as stringent and immersive trainings as I have within my lineage. I’ve met “Master Teachers” who’ve taken a three day course. I call myself a Reiki Mentor as my relationship with Reiki is ongoing, evolving and sacred.

My Mastership/Teacher training has been a continuous journey and my appreciation and relationship with this intelligent energy has been inseparable from my own healing journey.

Absentia or Distance Reiki sessions are a soul-to-soul practice; physical presence is not necessary for energy balancing to occur.

In person sessions are available in Milwaukee and I do travel to approved clients at a rate of 65c/mile. Concessions are made for home visits, hospice and the like by request. I hold down residencies regularly in Des Moines, Iowa and Madison, Wisconsin and am available to travel for organized residencies within and outside the Midwest.

Note that THE TRANSFORMER and PAST LIFE REGRESSION is only available in-person due to the requirements of the technique and space holding for spiritual release work.

My services are for everyone.

My clientele range from 8-88. I work with children and teens under parental guidance and supervision. Canine and Equine Reiki are available and I provide service in hospice settings by request.

I adore being a gift!

I’m in the business of birthdays, so astrology readings are a common gift for the hard-to-buy for. As a service based “product” an astrology session has virtually zero carbon footprint as I use digital certificates and pull charts from computer programs.

Reiki packages can support loved ones going through hard shifts — needing comfort, support and a compassionate ear or the gift of self-care through energy balancing and centering meditation.

That being said, my services must be requested as part of the exchange process. For the friends who never splurge on themselves for self-care sessions — these are almost always deeply appreciated gifts.

Written reports are unique presents for newly weds, business owners, newborn babes and curious teenagers. Intuitively written, my turn around on these are 3-5 weeks and all astrological information must be provided.

Reiki is a subtle and powerful energy that provides a clearing or pathway for self-awareness and spiritual integration.

Reiki is a gentle intelligent energy working in direct contact with your soul to support your being: it is energy direct from Source. Utilizing the services of a trusted Usui Reiki Method practitioner invites this energy into your life to assist with times of transition, difficulty, feeling a lack of clarity or sense of purpose.

Who is the healer?

You— the client — are the healer.

The Reiki Practitioner is always the facilitator - a spiritual guide to assist you in your process. You alone are responsible for your healing journey — a Reiki practitioner may open the door and hand you the map, but ultimately, you are responsible for your wholeness.

What can I expect?

Some clients may have a peaceful experience with Reiki as they are "clearing" the blockages that are preventing them from integrating the lessons of a particular imbalance or healing and recovery from a dis-ease that has entered our experience. Others will feel emotional (i.e. angry, sad, happy) or have physical symptoms that mimic a detoxification process. It is unique to the individual and how Reiki is working in confluence with their specific energy and the energy of the imbalance.

First time clients are asked to complete intake paperwork prior to their session to clarify their intention in commencing Reiki energy balancing.

Usui Reiki is not a replacement for allopathic, therapeutic treatments. The Usui Reiki Method is considered a Complimentary and Alternative Therapy to use in connection with other modes of professional therapy.

I have a background in nutrition and supplements but I am not a licensed medical practitioner. I will offer insight or suggestions should you request them and would be happy to make referrals if possible. All advice should be discerned with integrity, including speaking with a therapist or medical practitioner after the fact. Your safety, health and well-being are my primary focus, and I will always do my best to be a servant to this purpose and to do no harm.

Our first session will clarify expectations and to discern a plan or method based on the individual needs. Chronic conditions may require frequent session commitments but involvement is always at the discretion of the client.

We will review the Reiki Principles and Precepts and then commence with the session which will include:

Pre-counsel allowing the client to clarify the issues needing addressed; may include use of astrology; a personalized body centering meditation; Reiki energy balancing; post-counsel session and potential homework

Intuitive insights are common, but not guaranteed

First time sessions take about two hours. Please consider what times best accommodate the need for downtime in the afterglow of these sessions.

Subsequent and follow up sessions tend to require sixty to ninety minutes.

I also offer astrological support, intuitive counsel, past life regressions, crystal consultation, meditation instruction, cord cuttings and Shustah readings as additional services. I am a professional Reiki practitioner who utilizes astrology and other tools to support my work and provide a referral base if you are needing specific insight within the vast realm of astrology or other support.

Within the folds of society, culture, media, capitalism we tend to get lost in the minutia… we get lost in the day to day toil of producing and performing and may lose sight of our uniqueness. All of a sudden, desires, distractions, hopes and dreams have us abandoning the moment and abandoning ourselves.

It’s usually when illness strikes, disaster sets in-- a death, a grief, a circumstances that knocks us from our already wobbling legs that we finally need to address our shadow.

Reiki, abstract as it is, is the salve to so many wounds. As a practitioner, I’ve seen clients professionally since 2013 and have met a myriad of matters ranging from lost cat to skin wound that won’t heal. If you feel uncertain, we can chat for a fifteen minute consultation by phone and see if it feels right for you.

I couldn’t put myself out here like this or claim my role as a teacher without putting serious effort, discernment and love into every action that’s lead me here. My job as your spiritual cheerleader is to affirm your being as much as it is to call you out on your bullsh*t.

Reiki is a fourth dimensional energy that needs to be “grounded” in this physical reality by a person/ Reiki practitioner to then be transferred to the client.

The best analogy is WiFi.

Because Reiki is a soul to soul connection, physical presence is not required. Think of Reiki as the invisible WiFi access to the internet. The practitioner becomes the router (grounding to the physical reality) and then sending the energy to you - the device that needs the energy.

For years, I have only employed this method for those in surgeries, those clients of mine needing extra support during crisis times and for clients that were out of state. With the emergence of COVID-19 in early 2020, I made the informed choice to commence Reiki services virtually in honor to support those who needed it most to work in balancing the stresses of these times.

With full humility, Reiki continues to amaze me in its ability to support regardless of physical touch. Long term clients have let it be known their preference of energy balancing sessions done via absentia while on the phone due to the benefits of being in their own bed while integrating the wisdom of these sessions.
